Artlab Gallery is hosting an exhibition with artist Anahí González called "The Other Neighbour of El Otro Lado", opening next week. This is one of two simultaneous exhibitions in two locations, with the second exhibition taking place at El NODO (Saltillo, COAH, Mexico). Anahí's artwork explores Mexican migration in Canada, engaging with ideas of human labour and various indicators of Mexican culture, trade, and economic exchange. They will be hosting a Spanish walkthrough with the artist and Visual Arts Department Chair, Alena Robin, on August 6th.
